IQEB Journal of Public Health

 

Scope of the Journal

The IQEB Journal of Public Health (IJPH) welcomes submissions that contribute to the field of public health, including but not limited to epidemiology, health policy, public health practice, health promotion, and preventive medicine. We accept original research, reviews, case studies, and other scholarly articles that offer insights into public health trends, issues, and challenges.

General Submission Instructions

• Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.
• Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration by any other publication.
• Plagiarism: We use plagiarism-detection tools. Articles found to contain plagiarism or not appropriately cited content will be rejected.
• Ethics: Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines, including obtaining necessary approvals for studies involving human subjects or animals.

Manuscript Format

• Document Format: Manuscripts should be submitted as Microsoft Word (doc file).
• Font and Spacing: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman) with a 12-point size. Text should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins.
• Title Page: Include the title of the article, a list of authors with their affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
• Abstract and Keywords: Provide an abstract (maximum 300 words) and 3-5 keywords.
• References: Use a consistent citation style (APA). Ensure all citations are complete and accurate.
• Figures and Tables: Include high-quality figures and tables in the manuscript. Provide appropriate captions and ensure they are referenced in the text.

Submission Process: 

• Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted via this google form. 

Review Process: All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review. Authors will be notified of the status of their manuscript within 4-6 weeks.

Revision and Resubmission: If revisions are requested, authors will have 30 days to submit a revised manuscript.

Fees and Open Access Policy

• Article Processing Charges (APCs): The IQEB Journal of Public Health does charge APCs. If your manuscript is accepted, you will need to pay a fee as following chart.
